1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy and Terms of Service (“Terms”) is to establish the standards, expectations, and responsibilities of all individuals participating in any activity, event, session, or community managed under the Rise Again Dads name, including but not limited to the Rise Again Dads Facebook group, website, Zoom meetings, in-person or virtual events, and coaching circles (“the Platform”).

By joining, participating in, or engaging with Rise Again Dads, you (“Member”) agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Code of Conduct

All Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and supportive manner. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

1. Harassment, Abuse, or Discrimination:

   Any form of bullying, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or demeaning language will not be tolerated.

2. Breach of Confidentiality:

   Members must not share, copy, or disclose any personal stories, discussions, or information shared within the group or sessions, whether in written, verbal, or recorded form.

3. Dishonesty or Misrepresentation:

   Members must represent themselves truthfully and refrain from providing misleading or false information about their identity, background, or intentions.

4. Self-Promotion and Solicitation:

   Promotional activity, solicitation of services, sales pitches, or recruitment of any kind (including other groups, programs, or events) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Administrator.

5. Disruptive Behaviour:

   Members must not engage in conduct that disrupts sessions, events, or discussions, including interrupting others, dominating conversations, or using inappropriate language.

6. Recording and Distribution:

   No part of any Zoom session, coaching circle, or event may be recorded, screen-captured, or distributed without express written consent from the Administrator.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy

All Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information shared within the Platform.

• Personal stories, disclosures, or discussions are to remain private.

• Screenshots, recordings, or reposting of content shared within the group or during sessions are prohibited.

• Members acknowledge that Rise Again Dads operates as a peer-support and coaching community, not a clinical or therapeutic service.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal and potential legal action where applicable.

4. Participation and Attendance

Members are encouraged to participate actively and respectfully.

• If you commit to attending a session or event, you are expected to show up on time and remain present.

• Repeated non-attendance without notice may result in temporary suspension or removal from the group or future events.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, materials, resources, and information shared within Rise Again Dads—including but not limited to handouts, exercises, videos, and written materials—are the intellectual property of Rise Again Dads or its creator(s).

Members are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any such materials without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer

Rise Again Dads provides peer-support, coaching, and personal development opportunities. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Participation is voluntary, and all Members assume full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and outcomes derived from their participation.

Rise Again Dads and its representatives make no guarantees regarding personal results or outcomes arising from membership or participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Platform, Members agree to hold harmless and indemnify Rise Again Dads, its founder, facilitators, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from participation in any of its programs, events, or online spaces.

Members participate entirely at their own risk.

8. Enforcement and Consequences

Violation of these Terms may result in the following actions, at the sole discretion of the Administrator or Facilitator:

1. Verbal or written warning

2. Temporary suspension from group access, sessions, or events

3. Permanent removal from the group, events, or all related activities

4. Reporting to appropriate authorities if behaviour constitutes a legal offence

No refunds or reimbursements will be provided in the event of suspension or removal for violation of these Terms.

9. Amendments

Rise Again Dads reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on the official website or upon request.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Rise Again Dads Facebook group, accessing its website, or participating in any related event, Zoom call, or coaching circle, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in full;

• Agree to abide by all conditions and policies set forth herein;

• Accept that any breach may result in removal or further action as deemed appropriate by the Administrator.
